Asus India has announced that it is reducing the price of Zenfone 3 Max smartphone. The phone will now be available with a price-tag of INR 12,999, down INR 2,000 from its earlier price-tag of INR 14,999.
According to the Taiwanese manufacturer, the price reduction will be available across all major retail channels including Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal and leading retail stores including Asus Exclusive Stores.
To remind you, Asus Zenfone 3 Max comes with features like 5.5-inch full HD display, 16-megapixel rear camera, 8-megapixel front camera, and 4100 mAh battery. The phone also packs 3-gigabytes of RAM, 32-gigabytes of internal storage, microSD card slot, and fingerprint scanner.
Other specifications of the Asus Zenfone 3 Max include Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor, dual-SIM support and Android with Zen UI.
The price-cut comes on the heels of the launch of the Zenfone 4 Selfie phones in the country. The company recently the launched the Zenfone 4 Selfie and Zenfone 4 Selfie Pro phones, which are now available exclusively via Flipkart.com. You can read more about the launch in our original report.
