The number of Xiaomi phones that have received MIUI 10 update keeps growing and the latest to add to this list is the popular Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. While it appears that there won’t be room for the Redmi Note 4 on the Android Oreo ship, Xiaomi isn’t wasting any time delivering the latest of its flavor to this beloved handset.
Like the other Xiaomi devices that have already jumped onto the MIUI 10 bandwagon, the Redmi Note 4 is receiving a beta version of this software. Also, note that this update is based in the Chinese ROM, thus it will be missing a few things here and there, more so the Google Play apps and services.
The update comes as software version 8.6.19 and is based on Android 7.0 Nougat. Also, note that this update is meant for the Snapdragon variant of the Note 4, which means those using the Redmi Note 4X can also download this software and install it on their devices.
