Hot on the heels of the Honor 7X, Chinese smartphone maker Huawei has plans to unveil a new variant of the same phone dubbed Honor 7C, which has become a habit, just like it happened with the Honor 5X and Honor 6X.

The Honor 7C has just been cleared by Chinese authorities, TENAA, suggesting that the launch is not so far away from now. As usual, the listing on TENAA gives us a look at how the phone will look like as well as sheds some light on the specs, but not much.

Similar to the Honor 7X, you can expect a full view design with minimal bezels, but the images do suggest the Honor 7C will rock a dual selfie camera similar to the Honor 9 Lite. The back panel has a dual-lens camera, but it is unlikely Honor will stick to the same 16MP+2MP setup used on the 7X.

The Honor 7C will ship with model number LND-TL30 and as expected, it’ll also include support for dual-SIM connectivity and run Android OS (hopefully Oreo) out of the box. At the moment, other details of the phone remain unknown, but things should change really fast now that it has been cleared for release in China.
