Niantic has unveiled the first look at its upcoming AR game Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. In a plain sailing, the game will basically be Pokémon GO but Harry Potter’s magical universe.
Players will be able to take part in a unique Wizarding experience by saving a world struck by catastrophe as a recruit of the Statue of the secrecy task force.
Many had already anticipated that gameplay will closely resemble with Pokémon GO which is another augmented reality game by Niantic. Eurogamer had its hands-on with the beta version and feels its as deep and well rounded as Pokémon Go with layers of familiar and fresh ideas that make a decent experience.

The main objective would be to defeat the calamity that’s harming both Wizarding and Non-Wizarding worlds. This means you’ll have to search out magic on your local map to discover things called “Foundables” and then you’ll use your distinct magical abilities to send them back to the Wizarding world.
So instead of searching Pokémons, you’ll look out for Foundables.
Niantic today’s revel and preregistration listing could be the sign that we’re very near to the actual release.
