HOW TO ROOT YOUR SAMSUNG GALAXY S DUOS 2 (GT-S7582) QUICK AND EASY

LET ME SHOW YOU HOW TO ROOT YOUR SAMSUNG GALAXY S DUOS 2 S7582 EASILY AND QUICKLY IN FEW EASY STEPS



THINGS REQUIRED:

  • SAMSUNG GALAXY S DUOS 2 GT-S7582
  • A WINDOWS PC
  • SOFTWARE AND Prerooted rom file
  • DATA CABLE
  • A BIT OF TIME AND PATIENCE

Downloads

STEP 1

Extract  PRE ROOTED ROM

Step 2

turn off your samsung galaxy s duos 2 and restart in download button by holding volume down+home key+ power key TOGETHER

STEP 3

When you see a warning screen press volume up key

Step 4

open odin 3 you extracted from prerooted rom folder and connect your phone with data cable

step 5



if your device is SHOWN in id:com box click on pda button and select the file extracted in step 5 its name must be pre_rooted_gt_s7582.tar

Step 6


Click STart and let the magic begin. after you see a green pass button you can unplug device.

WARNING AND TROUBLESHOOT

ALL DATA WILL BE LOST
WARRANTY IS NOW VOID
IF your device is not recognised try unistalling drivers from device manager and then reinstall drivers and reboot the pc

      Will this root work if my phone does not have a sim?? And after this rooting, can i play high end games like asphalt 8 on my s duos 2 without lag????? plzz reply fast...i m in dire straits!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi,

    Would this work even if the phone has been recently updated to 4.2.2 a few days ago? I'm planning to root my phone as a pre-requisite to network unlocking it. I hope you also post a tutorial about the same phone model on network unlocking :D

      it will work but i can not say about network unlocking as indian version comes factory unlocked

    I just wanted to ask if I can still download the prerooted stuff. When? How big is it? Can I root my phone without using the pc and let my phone do all the job?

    hi.. can i redo this method again after it was rooted? i have uninstalled my contact app accidentally after i rooted my phone. i want to know if the app will going back if i install the pre rooted stock ? please reply. thank you..

      If you have problem with twitter loading images in official app goto setting>apps>twitter clear data and see if it works
