Motorola’s upcoming mid-range phones for 2019 had already been revealed before but never did we have photos supporting our claim or to get an idea what the devices might look like. However, this time around, we’ve not only managed to secure the specs sheet of one of the upcoming Moto G7 devices but also grabbed detailed pictures too.

The device we’re talking about is none other than Moto G7 Play. We spotted its listing at the FCC, the regulatory commission in the US, where Motorola also included some pictures of its upcoming phone clearly showing the battery, front and rear panels, the chipset, and a schematic of the proposed design.Moto-G7-Play-revealed

The Moto G7 Play is expected to be the cheapest variant available in the Moto G7 series. So, unlike the regular Moto G7 which might sport a waterdrop notch, this variant is expected to feature a big notch, single camera at the rear, and a smaller battery with 2820mAh capacity. The front camera may be supported by a flash though.

The Motorola logo at the rear is expected to house a fingerprint sensor but more interestingly, Motorola has chosen to deploy Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 632 chipset with Adreno 506 GPU in the phone. This phone may also come with a dedicated micro SD slot, 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB-C port.

Black and silver colors are a done deal but during launch, the phone may arrive in more color options. Since these phones are expected to be announced sometime in Q1 next year, we can count on some more leaks coming our way that’ll reveal all there’s left to know.
