Android phone have a developer options which is hidden in Android Jellybean on wards and to make it visible you need just one minute and is quiet easy.
Just Goto Settings>About Phone and depending on your manufacturer there will be a Build Number either on clicking on About Phone or after it you have to click on Software Version or Version Information and inside that you can see Build Number. Then you need to tap Seven times consecutively on Build Number and you can see Developer Options in Settings.
After enabling Developer options one can easily enable USB Debugging by going into the Settings>Developers Options and checking the Enable USB Debugging Option.
That's all and now you can debug your device using ADB and CMD on your PC.
