Hi +Vivek Goel,
ReplyDeleteI followed your guide and have a little problem. I don't see the "install zip from sd card" option in recovery mode. Instead there is a "apply update from sdcard" option. I select that and select the SuperSu file and the progress bar starts but it fails half-way and there is a message "installation aborted".
I restart and I can see that I am not rooted.
Before this, when I first connected the phone (OFFed) with Flash tool application, flash tool progress turned red and showed a message box. Here is the screenshot

So was there some problem here ?
It seems you had an error in very first step. If you have seen a red ring in first step you cannot proceed to next step as it wont work.
DeleteYou need to install phone drivers and follow procedure. It seems your phone is not detected by your PC. Try using 32-Bit Windows OS 7 or lower as Win8 may have driver issues
My phone is not rooted, when I try to reboot it says no command (micromax a106)
