The Huawei Honor 9 is scheduled to go official on June 9 at an event in China. However, leaks and rumors around the device just aren’t stopping. In yet another leak, we just got confirmation on the pricing details of Huawei’s upcoming mid-range flagship model.
As per the leak, Huawei Honor 9 will start at 2499 Yuan and will go upto 3399 yuan for the advanced variants. From the previously leaked info we knew that the device will be coming with in 3 variants, 4GB + 64GB, 6GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB. Well, thanks to today’s leak we now have pricing details as well for these variants.
Huawei Honor 9 prices (rumored):
- Honor 9 (4GB + 64GB): 2499 Yuan (USD 370)
- Honor 9 (6GB + 64GB): 2899 Yuan (USD 430)
- Honor 9 (6GB + 128GB): 3399 Yuan (USD 500)
The Huawei Honor 9 is expected to feature the high performing Kirin 960 processor chip which is currently used in the Huawei Mate 9. If these prices are indeed real, and Honor 9 ships with Kirin 960 at a starting price of $370 only, it’s a bargain.
Some of the recent leaks have also revealed color options for the Honor 9. It’s expected to be released in Black, White, Green, Blue and a rarely seen Yellow color option.
