Huawei Mate 10 is currently one of the most anticipated phones right now apart from the Galaxy Note 8, next-gen Pixel phones, and iPhone 8, of course. And it seems like the smartphone will be launched in October, a month earlier than last year’s launch.

Apparently, the Mate 10 will feature a near bezel-less display to stay in-line with the current trend among the flagship smartphones. This is, however, not the first time we are coming across such claims. A new leak, this one, which surfaced online a couple of weeks ago also suggests the same.

The Mate 10 will reportedly come equipped with the JDI’s Full Active screen which apparently will also be used on an unannounced Sony phone expected to be revealed during the IFA 2017 event.

If Huawei ends up using JDI’s panel, expect a 6-inch, near bezel-less screen with a resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels on the Mate 10.

As for the specs of the device, the Mate 10 will be using an in-house Kirin 970 chipset built on 10nm process. Also, the new chip from the company is expected to be as powerful as the Snapdragon 835 (or its Samsung equivalent), if not better.

Other expected features include a dual rear camera setup, 3D-sensing technology, iris scanning, AR support, and more.
