Design matters aside, the Google Pixel 3 XL is hands down the best Android phone on the market right now, however, if you still feel like breathing some new life into the already great device, you will be glad to know that there is an unofficial LineageOS 16 update available for the handset.
Just so you know, the available LineageOS 16 is based on the latest Android 9 Pie OS, so there is nothing to be concerned about with respect to the underlying OS version. The Pixel 3 XL now joins a flurry of other devices that have already gained unofficial support for this custom ROM, among them Xiaomi’s Poco F1, Redmi Note 5 Pro, Redmi 4 Prime, Redmi 4X, Redmi Note 3, and Mi MIX.
