The One UI Beta update is already available in the UK for the Galaxy S8/S8+ as well as the Note 8 for users who managed to sign up for the One UI Beta programme.
Now, Galaxy S8/S8+ and Note 8 users in the US can also register for the update; however, the Beta update is only available for users with the unlocked variants. Hence, users with carrier branded devices would not be able to sign up for the One UI Beta as of now.
So, you need to have Samsung devices with these particular models numbers to be eligible for the update: SM-G950U1 (S8), SM-G955U1 (S8+), and SM-N950U1 (Note 8). Yes, you need a U1 model, as the U models are not eligible at the moment.
Once you’ve confirmed the eligibility of your device, simply follow the steps below to register for the One UI Beta.
